Fishing Report

Fishing has been good for a mixed bag. Some nice Atlantics are being caught. Along with a few browns and some nice kings mixed in. They are fishing in 100-200 ft of water anywhere from 50-80 ft down. The temperature of the lake is 74 degrees. East of the river has been good. Up on Lake Alice it has been good off the bridge and at Kenyonville. A mixed bag is being reported. Along with a few walleye along the weedbeds. Bass fishing has been up and down. But some good sized small mouths have been reported last week. They are using top water baits. We have leeches, spikes, night crawlers and wax worms. We have soft shells along with the regular grass crabs. They are also in the bait machine. Open 7a.m.-8p.m. daily. We are weigh station and registration site for all the derbies. Check out our wide variety of spoons and plugs. Along with spin doctors, scents, rubber baits, nets, and of course large selection of rods and reels for stream and lake.
